How do I sync my progress across devices?

Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings → Account. Your scores, streaks, and career mode progress will sync automatically across any device using the same account.

I lost my streak / score after an update.

If you were signed in, your data is safe. Sign in again on Settings → Account. If something is genuinely missing, email us with your display name and we'll restore it from backup.

How are leaderboards calculated?

Each correct answer scores points based on speed and current streak. Weekly leaderboards reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Global leaderboards are all-time.

The app crashed or is running slowly.

Force-quit and reopen first. If it persists, update to the latest version from the App Store. Still broken? Email us with your device model and iOS version — crash reports help a lot.

Why is a player I expected missing?

We update the player database every transfer window. If a recent transfer or rising star is missing, let us know and we'll prioritise it.

How do I delete my account and data?

In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, scores, and history within 30 days. You can also email privacy@playerpursuit.app.

Is Player Pursuit free?

Yes. The full game is free with no paywall. Optional cosmetic items (kits, badges, profile flair) can be purchased in-app to support development.

Is Player Pursuit on Android?

Android is in active development. Join our newsletter or follow us to be notified when it launches.
