By downloading or using Player Pursuit, you agree to these Terms. Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or use modified clients.
- Harass other players, impersonate anyone, or post hateful or illegal content in display names or messages.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Player Pursuit name, app, branding, and quiz content are owned by us. Player names, club names, and likenesses are property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. Player Pursuit is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, or any club, league, or player.
4. Purchases
The app is free to download. Optional in-app purchases (e.g. cosmetic items) are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Refunds are handled by the relevant store.
5. Service changes
We're constantly improving the game. We may add, change, or remove features, modes, and content at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
